Promoting Galicia to the world from A Coruña
November 27, 2025Workshop on AI
On Tuesday 17th, we co-organised the workshop “Applied AI, Innovation and Cross-Border Cooperation” alongside the Cerveira Innovation Centre (CIC), a forum where businesses and experts came together to discuss how artificial intelligence, strategic communication and cultural adaptation are redefining internationalisation.
The session featured key insights into the use of AI applied to business, presented by Pablo Gajino from Possible, and Rui Mendes and Nuno Beires (DareData), who shared how technology is transforming the way we understand markets and make decisions. They shared specific tools for analysing data, streamlining or automating processes, and scaling up in international environments.
The round table, moderated by Xosé Luis Reza, with whom it is always a pleasure to collaborate, featured Iago González (inCentea), Raquel Torres (Hifas da Terra), Karina Coballes (Coballes), Nuno Costa (NM3D Ibérica), José Salgado Figueira (ISQ Group) and Pedro Mimoso (PIEP), who shared successes, challenges and real-life experiences of international growth.
Finally, at Globalingua we focused on a key aspect: communication as a strategic lever for positioning oneself and building trust in international markets. Because internationalisation is not just a matter of the product, but of how it is communicated effectively and adapted to the culture of each market.
We would like to thank the Cerveira Innovation Centre, Paco das Artes for hosting us, Elisabete Montenegro for her warmth and professionalism, and, in particular, all the speakers and attendees for making initiatives like this possible and fostering synergies between Galicia and northern Portugal. For our part, we will continue to promote opportunities for collaboration that strengthen the joint growth of our businesses.
Thank you, thank you, and thank you
